Our Support Coordination service helps you get the most out of your NDIS plan while ensuring the services you choose to deliver on your needs, expectations, and goals.
NDIS participants are often unaware of all the ways they can utilise their NDIS funding, so a Support Coordinator is put in place to ensure you’re getting the most out of your plan. Fully understanding your plan's inclusions is crucial to access as much support and assistance as you need, so having someone on your team who understands the ins and outs of NDIS funding is extremely helpful.
At Bila, our Support Coordinators are dedicated to identifying and understanding the range of local service providers available to you as an NDIS participant. That way, we can provide you with an array of options to ensure you have choice and control when deciding who you wish to work with.
Your designated Support Coordinator will assist you with implementing your plan, including negotiations with support providers, creating and managing service agreements, and being your point of contact if a change in your circumstances impacts your plan.
Our NDIS Support Coordinators Can Help You:
Overall, your Support Coordinator’s role is to help you build your capacity and access all the possibilities and opportunities available to you. Our Support Coordination in your specific plan depends on your individual needs, wants and goals.
Your Support Coordinator will help you understand your plan and assist you in accessing the help and services you need. From planning a holiday, to navigating a crisis, your Support Coordinator will act as a personal research tool to help you utilise your NDIS funding and engage with your other service providers.
